EventPA is operated by Bermudex Labs Limited, registered in England and Wales, registered office 66 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NA ("we", "us"). By using EventPA you agree to these terms.
EventPA is an events-discovery service: it gathers event listings from public sources, ticketing APIs and calendar feeds, uses AI to read and organise them, and presents them as calendars, maps and personal recommendations. It is an aggregator and a guide — not the organiser, seller or venue for any event.
Listings are collected and interpreted automatically, and source sites change, cancel and move events. Dates, times, prices and venues may be wrong, stale or incomplete. Always confirm details with the organiser or ticket link before travelling or paying. We accept no responsibility for a wasted journey, a missed event, or a ticket bought on the strength of a listing.
Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time on the delete account page. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms.
Where the service lets you submit discovery pipeline requests or site suggestions, you agree to submit only lawful, good-faith requests relating to public event listings. Do not submit personal data about others, unlawful content, or attempts to direct the service at private, paywalled or restricted material. Submissions are reviewed and may be declined without reason; rate limits apply.
Do not attempt to disrupt the service, probe or bypass its security, scrape it at abusive volume, or use it to infringe others' rights. The share links exist so events can be passed along — not for spam.
Event details, images and links belong to their respective organisers and sources. Links take you to sites we do not control and are not responsible for. If you are a rights holder and want a listing amended or removed, contact us and we will act promptly.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", may change, pause or end at any time, and comes with no warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of enjoyment, or losses arising from reliance on listing information, and our total liability in connection with the service is limited to £100.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
